A seasoned performer and an educator, Pete is a cellist for Tulsa Symphony Orchestra, Tulsa Signature Symphony and Tulsa Mosaic Trio. He currently serves as a director and operating manager of the Tulsa Youth Symphony and past director of the Tulsa Community Orchestra. Peterson holds a Master of Music Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Tulsa, which he completed after obtaining a degree in music education at Towson State University in Maryland. Peterson has served as cellist with the Gettysburg Symphony, Tulsa Philharmonic, Tulsa Opera and Tulsa Ballet.
